The Sustainable Box: Schedule a Pick-Up
Schedule a pick-up time for your filled Sustainable Box!
Service Description
Schedule a pick-up for your filled Box to be replaced with an empty. Requested pick-up time will be confirmed as soon as possible. Please ensure you are available to connect with The Sustainable Fox representative at scheduled pick-up time. You will be invoiced for the pick-up at your decided PWYC rate within one week of pick-up.
Cancellation Policy
a) To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. b) Please note, Box pick-ups are generally performed using bicycle and trailer. Therefore; - All Sustainable Box activities are subject to weather related scheduling changes at The Sustainable Fox's discretion. Every effort will be made to communicate any changes to agreed upon meeting times based on this factor in a timely manner. In the case of snow, all Box pick-ups are rescheduled until safer weather. - Applications to The Sustainable Box program are primarily screened based on pick-up location to maintain a feasible cycling range from our various collection areas.
